PERFORMANCE PHYSIOTHERAPY
KEEP PLAYING.
KEEP TRAINING.
KEEP GOING.
One-on-one physiotherapy built around the thing you're trying to get back to — a podium, a PR, a full season, or a pickup game on Sunday morning. You bring the goal. We build the plan to hold it.

VYTL
/ˈvai·tel/ adjective
1. absolutely necessary. 2. full of energy and life.
Movement isn't a hobby or a luxury you get back to once everything else is handled. It’s a core necessity. For everyone who trains, competes, coaches, lifts, runs, and plays — movement is the point. Refine your movement, rebuild your edge, and keep you performing at your best. That's the standard we treat to.
WHO IS THIS FOR
IF YOU MOVE ON PURPOSE,
YOU ARE AN ATHLETE.
Athlete isn't a level. It's a relationship with your body — and it deserves care that's built for the demand you actually put on it.
IN SEASON
The competitor
You have a schedule, a roster spot, and a body that has to hold up through it. Care that works around your calendar instead of pausing it — with a clear, tested path back to full contact.
IN TRAINING
The dedicated amateur
Early lifts, long runs, league nights, race day. You take it seriously even if nobody's paying you to. Something's nagging, and "just rest it" was never a real plan.
IN LIFE
The everyday mover
Chasing kids, standing all shift, hiking on weekends, back at the gym after a long time away. The goal is the same: get out of pain, get strong, and stay that way.
Not sure which one is you? That's what the discovery call is for. It's free, it's a conversation, and there's no obligation on the other side of it.
WHAT CARE LOOKS LIKE
Hands on.
One on one.
Start to finish.
Every session is with Dr. Ashley — not a tech, not a rotation of aides, not three patients at once. Treatment is hands-on, paired with loading and movement work you can actually carry into your training.
-
Assessment and treatment for the joint, tendon, or muscle that's stopping you — plus the reason it happened.
-
Hands-on joint and soft tissue work to restore range of motion and calm down what's irritated.
-
Certified cupping and decompression work to free up restricted tissue and improve how you move through it.
-
Care for dizziness, vertigo, balance loss, and post-concussion return-to-play.
-
Objective checkpoints so "ready" is a measurement, not a guess — then strength and movement work to hold the result.
YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPIST
DR. ASHLEY IZUMI
Ashley founded VYTL because athletes at every level kept getting the same two options: push through it, or stop entirely. Neither one is care. Her work sits in the middle — treating the injury while keeping you connected to your sport, your training, and the version of yourself that moves.
Expect a full hour of attention, a plan you understand, and a therapist who asks what your season looks like before deciding what your week should.

IN THEIR WORDS
BACK IN IT
“After a shoulder injury, I needed more than a traditional approach. As a fitness professional, movement is my passion and my profession. Ashley understood exactly the level I wanted to return to and built a plan that was individualized, progressive, and focused on far more than just reducing pain. Every session was thoughtful and intentional, giving me a much deeper understanding of my body and my recovery. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized care.”
TYLER · FITNESS COACH
“After my daughter’s ACL surgery and rehab, she was cleared by her doctor to play sports, but she didn’t feel ready to get back on the court. We wanted her to have the confidence, strength, and movement foundation to truly return, not just be cleared to.
Dr. Ashley provided exactly that! She performed a thorough assessment, addressed her mobility, strength, and focused on developing better movement mechanics. All individualized to her as a basketball athlete.
What we appreciated most was the focus on helping her become a better all around athlete, not just rehabbing an injury. Over time, we watched her confidence grow right alongside her physical strength. We’re incredibly grateful to Dr. Ashley for helping our daughter return to basketball feeling strong, capable, and confident.”
EMMA · BASKETBALL
“I’d dealt with hip pain on and off for three years, and during my worst flare-up I couldn’t walk more than five minutes without pain. Working with Ashley taught me how to understand my hip, manage my symptoms, and slowly rebuild my activity instead of fearing it. One thing she said stuck with me: I’m still an athlete!! I wasn’t out of shape, I was healing from an overuse injury. I feel so much more hopeful because of what she’s taught me, and I’m grateful for her care and patience.”
